oh my god Psychonauts

I need to talk about this right now, for it is so beautiful and oh my god

On a whim, I bought Psychonauts for the PS2 a few days back. It was £2, had no case, and I generally felt sorry for the orphan child. So, I purchased the little bastard and brought it home, having watched a friend play it previously.

Holy kitten jesus, it's beautiful

Any game that includes a world where you become a giant and stomp on a city full of fish is amazing. Also, the dark humor in this game is actually funny. I haven't played an amusing game in a looong time.

It's just completely insane, and that's why I love it. Of course, it has it's flaws, fighting can feel very awkward at times and the game feels very short, but at the end I don't give a donkey's arse because you can fight telekinetic bears and make an old man pop out of your head by waving around some bacon.

Ohyeah, another thing I love about this ball of insane goodness is the characters. I don't think I've ever played a game where I like EVERYONE.
